Mundane Task Mindfulness

While completing everyday tasks, such as washing the dishes, re-focus your attention to your senses. Use all five senses - sight, touch, sound, taste and smell.

Mindfulness of Breath

While taking deep breaths focus your attention on the breath, following the air in and out of your nostrils. Notice the sensations in your body as your lungs expand and contract.
